It all began more than
30 years ago
My name is Stephen aka Stevo. My passion for cooking goes back more than thirty years. I have traveled across the country cooking and learning from chefs from all over the world.
I served in the Army and Developed PTSD, but not for being introduced to competition BBQ while I was cooking for the air force My life might be different. With my wife Veronica by my side, we bring a dream team of some of the best BBQ and all cuisine this side of the country.
